Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We ship globally but currently exclude some Asian countries and remote areas.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your baby essentials purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and unwashed
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Baby Food (opened or unopened)
- Formula (opened or unopened)
- Bottle Feeding items that have been opened or used
- Breastfeeding products that have been opened or used
- Bibs & Burp Cloths that have been removed from original packaging
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on any products that show signs of use, damage not present at the time of delivery, or are missing parts.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is processed, with applicable shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
